Calpe to 60 kilometres to the north of Alicante and to 110 kilometres of Valencia and to 15 km of Benidorm. Its communication is realized across the Highway AP 7, exit 63-Benissa and 64- joining to national N-332 to 8 km Calpe.

1st Floor
The housing reformed completely in 2.003, it comes distributed in two floors. UP you could meet four bedrooms, one of them matrimonial bed, and other three two individual beds 90 cm. One possesses two complete baths, cooks with the whole complete service, and a great lounge.
Terrace and Ground Floor
It has a great furnished terrace and acristalada with a magnificent perspective towards the sea and the Crag of the Ifach.
In the LOW floor we meet a wide dining room barbecue for its enjoyment, and a bedroom complete bath in suite.
Parking and more...
The housing counts besides other comforts as a lumber room, own parking for at least 4 vehicles in the same plot, and incorporates in its great plot a private swimming pool of 9 for 4 meters into Roman stairs, into its respective equipments.
Calpe
Calpe is a municipality located on the Mediterranean coast of Spain. It is famous for its beaches, such as Arenal-Bol. Not far away is the Roman site of Baños de la Reina, which includes stone-carved marine pools. On a cape to the east is the Peñón de Ifach, a huge limestone formation with a wide variety of birds. At its feet are the ruins of La Pobla de Ifac, a walled medieval city. La Muralla Roja is an iconic castle-like building designed by Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill.

Getting to Calpe
Service exists to regulate of buses Valencia - Alicante, as well as with other cities.

In Calpe
Its communication is realized across the Highway AP-7, exit 63-Benissa and 64-Altea joining to national N-332 to 8 km Calpe.
Once we have gone out of the highway AP-7/E-15 for the exit 63-Benissa and 64-Altea, we will join to national N-332.
We will cross Benissa's village and will continue up to the exit Calpe's North, in whom exists a gas station.
Once there, we will cross the village leaving it to the right and the salt mine to the left side up to meeting the urbanizations.

Reservation:
An advance payment of % of the rental is required to ensure a fixed reservation which will be through Bank account IBAN: ES61 0049 5938 0724 1625 XXXX BIC: BSCHESMM from Javier España García in Banco Santander in street la Santamaria nº 2, 03710 Calpe Alicante . A reception will send you the contract of the final booking. The anticipated amount sent by you. They will be deducted and reflected in the contract that I send. The rest of the rent and the bond will be paid in cash upon delivery of the keys or by bank transfer 20 days before arrival.

RESERVATION
Cancellation:
The traveler who cancels with a minimum of 60 day (s) prior to check-in, will receive 100% of the amount they have paid. The traveler who cancels between 30 and 60 days before check-in will receive 50% of the amount. Otherwise, no refund will be issued. If the rent for these dates with new customers is recovered, the amount paid by customers, less expenses that may have cause is returned.
Lost of reservation:
If you do not arrive within 48 hours after beginning of the rental period, or give notice of later arrival, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as cancelled by you. In this case 100 % of the rental will be payable. Your booking remain valid, if your later arrival will be within that timeperiod corresponding to the advance payment.
Replacement:
Are considered force majeure or sufficient causes cases where despite acting with foresight and diligence, can not be made available housing hired for reasons not attributable to him, the agency reserves the right to revoke and cancellation contract and inform the tenant with the utmost urgency and try our collaboration in renting another house whenever this is possible.
Complaints:
Customers, on arrival or during the first 24 hours should give information of damage or inconvenience so we can fix them.

USE OF HOUSING
It is your responsibility to leave the property in the same condition as you found it, ie clean and tidy. Otherwise, the manager may request an additional fee, before the return of the deposit.
It is not allowed
- That from 24 h (overnight) roughhouse play music or voices etc to prevent the normal rest of other users of the neighborhood.
- Enter furniture in the house or do work or repairs without prior written authorization.
- Host greater number of people than corresponds to the contract.
- As the use of bathing in the pool at any outsider who is not on the lease.
- Engage in activity in the housing accommodation or destine for purposes other than those for which they were hired.
- Enter materials or flammable or explosive substances or other that may cause harm or discomfort to other occupants of the building.
- Any activity that is in contradiction with the uses of coexistence, hygiene and regular public order, or to prevent the normal rest of other users of the neighborhood.
- Enter animals against the express prohibition.
Otherwise we reserves the right to cancel the contract immediately without paying back the rental.

SEVERAL
Excluded Responsibilities:
You can not take responsibility for getting out of their field of activity and forecasts that are enforceable, theft, damage or accidents that may occur both in people and the objects of their property. Also undertakes no responsibility to work around the object rented and some of the risks or deficiencies in water supply, electricity, gas etc .
Departure:
After expiration of the contracted timeperiod you have to leave the accommodation. Otherwise the triple amount of the daily rental will be payable for each additional day. Besides we may take juridical steps into consideration.
Days of change are saturdays: Arrival 16 - 19 h
Departure 7 - 9 h
In case it is foreseeable that you will not be able to arrive in time you are kindly asked to inform us by phone 0034 630 905 705 asking for Javier España. Otherwise an introduction in your accommodation will not be possible.
Disputes:
For any dispute the spanish jurisdiction starting with the court of Denia (Alicante) is responsible.
Refundable Security Deposit:
Note: The house cleaning is 90 € - 150 €. Upon collection of the keys a deposit of 200,-- or 600,-- € is payable in cash (according to the category of the accommodation). This amount will be act as a guarantee for the correct use of the property. This amount will be given back on the day of departure. We reserve the right to deduct any losses, breakages or damage caused to the property or contents during your stay and also the cost of extra cleaning, if the property is left in an unreasonable state.
